General Contractor

The goal for the 1917 building renovation was to bring back some of the original period design using both new and reclaimed materials. We installed 100-year-old fir floors, vintage tile, and two period reproduction fireplaces to accomplish this. Other salvaged materials included doors, hardware, and antique lights. We wanted to transform the building by bringing it back to an era in which it was built, yet bring it up to modern code and convenience.
