Featured Commercial Projects

The Ruston Carriage House is a 21,000 sq. ft. multi-use building, including Wren & Willow's new office. The ground floor includes a communal space with comfortable seating, fireplaces, and an ambience that we know you will love. Wren & Willow's office and showroom are located on the second floor, and residential spaces reside on the third floor.

Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

Metro Parks Tacoma commissioned us to design and build a contemporary-style cafeteria for Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. We combined modern design elements with a highly-usable floor-plan to provide form and function without compromising either.

The goal for the renovating the 1917 building that became the Wren & Willow Office was to reclaim the unique beauty of its original era while simultaneously providing a practical multi-use space. Since its renovation, the office has been home to many client appreciation parties, family-style dinners, and daily office work dedicated to being Tacoma's premiere design-build contractor.
